Does this app allow focusing? I'm assuming no, since you didn't mention it in the video. I've been using DSLR Controller for Android with my Canon Rebel T3i. The main feature I use is focusing via the tablet.

I actually found this specific app useful because I can add a task and add subtasks for the task at hand with dates on each one and times. It does coincide with my planner. I can also have reminders at a specific time. I can move things into priorities as well. I use this for teams and personally and do use every feature on this app. I like that I have it everywhere no matter what. My computers, may tablets, and my cell phones. I agree with you about the time thing but after you get the first set of items down and a system set, you can quickly get things done. But yes, overall, time is a big problem. I feel like everything takes time though. I find myself actually getting things done with the system I have set. But it has to be set with how your mind works as well. That is the key

Here's the English translation: I agree that many of these apps can easily lead to procrastination through overuse of their features. However, I think you have misunderstood how to use the functions. 1. Labels. Say you have 5 different projects and you have some todos in each project that need to be discussed at next week's team meeting, then it's super useful to link all of these to a weekly meeting label. 2. Reminder is indeed a powerful tool when you need to, for example, call a person at 2:30 pm tomorrow. 3. Location should not be used for where you're going to work, that's more of a label. Location should remind you when you arrive at/leave a place. Incredibly effective function. I get the feeling that you don't really know how the functions work

Been down the same path over the decades. 📝 old school pencil and paper works for me. If I need to track it digitally, I use Apple Notes since it syncs nicely -- not as pretty as Radarist but super fast and disposable like my paper lists. Thanks for the vid. (So close to 10K subs!)

But…I find that much of what is done will happen again: taxes, cleaning and de-cluttering, menus, mending, and the old stand-by maintenance of home, appliances, and the at home office.
