Being only viable on Freeze comps imo is stretch cuz you can easily use this with Furina no ? Furina+Shenhe+Bennet that's a ton of DMG buff and to top it off Freeze is a condition it's not a requirement! So if you have any plunge attack or charge attack or simply a physical DMG character you can combine all ATK buffers (why not) and simply hypercarry with physical/plunge/heavy Attack damage character!! Wonderer/Xiao other chars that can plunge you name it..

As a raiden main, I don’t really see any reason to go above C3. I am on C3 but mostly everything after it doesn’t really do that much and feels kinda useless. Like why do you need to lower the cooldown of every characters burst? You will have them back in time to redo the rotation almost instantly
