One of my very favorite movies

I was disappointed with this movie. Pamela's character was portrayed as someone who had been saving herself for marriage, yet she accepted a proposal from a man who had divorced his wife. It did not make sense that she would settle for someone who had already demonstrated a willingness to abandon a commitment. If she was truly intent on building a life with someone, she should have chosen a partner with a stronger moral foundation. Jordan should have stayed with his wife and supported her, especially since she was willing to change. It was great that he decided to transform his life and read the Bible. However, I don't think he understood the value of marriage. He took the easy way out by divorcing his wife. The pastor failed to provide Jordan with proper guidance, saying it was a personal decision instead of using the Bible as a guide. The parents should have advised Pamela against marrying Jordan. Additionally, they allowed the youngest daughter to be too loose with her boyfriend, which was not ideal. Overall, this movie did not uphold Christian values. The director's lack of biblical knowledge led to an unsatisfying ending. This is why it's essential to read the Bible, so we are not deceived by the enemy.

Patience is a virtue. Something’s have to be in the correct element to be appreciated. Feels like it would make a good play rather than movie. Don’t know how they would handle the dream in that case but it’s definitely meant for the stage.

Not a bad movie. Lexi allowed that man to be abusive to her and only pulled the gun because the wife showed up. That was odd. Also she said she loved the son but was so nasty to the wife. That whole segment was rushed.. she went into a cliche role instead of sticking with the plot. The end was fantastic.. having that couple rekindle. It was a solid connection and she was dealing with something unforeseen. That was the deepest and cleanest twist. Perfectly executed.

You got to go.. I guess that means she needs to make space for another man because she still have to pay all that stuff.

This feels like a tv show not a movie. The pace and consequences didn’t get climactic enough to be considered Russian roulette for me. Didn’t love the ending.. felt wishywashy. Love is suppose to be riveting and passionate.

Nice wholesome film. Great conversation between the husband and the wife. We always see these kind of plots but rarely do they explain the state of the heart. I can dig it!

He was dirty. The movie did a good job of showing this particular type. He sent his cousin to handle her knowing as he said how criminal he was. Anything could have happened. And I’m sure he was thinking kill two birds with one stone. All that Christian talk.
