I like using black numenorean. If you don’t have all physical gold gear and have something like a golden pipe, you actually get a considerable amount of focus damage dealt. (From 1 test, probably needs more testing)

2:33 "inflict madness for one target for one round(s)", very important to highlight, that it''s on 3 targets, like the skill says at the beginning. I know it's just a silly overstatement on your end, but if someone pays attention and attaches to this, can at that point go like - not worth it and stop watching the video
