It's compatible with a little bit of tinkering with the controls (which I don't have here in the video). It's really just mapping a couple of extra keys to the back buttons, but everything else runs well as long as you're not wanting Ultra-level graphics running at 60+ fps.

I downloaded this recently and am experiencing some graphical issues when I kill a lot of enemies in a room, their bodies are stretched across the room obscuring my vision for most big fights. Any similar issues with you?

Yeah, that's happened with me multiple times, both with the original file a few years after it came out, and this time around too after the game was delisted. I unfortunately don't know of any fixes.
