It should be clear though: higher difficulty level of moves, better musicality (even the subtle notes were hit), enough groove to tie that of his opponent, more freestyle feel (especially with innovation, flair, and experimentation, more range (notice how he incorporated amapiano moves into his hip hop groove in the second round just as was done by whoever mixed that beat). UUB did great but Rubix gave a master class. Even him wearing his cap at the end was ON beat lol. What you misinterpreted as frustration was actually him signaling he's done enough justice to the beat.

Justement c'est tellement plus difffficile de gagner dans ces conditions. On ne peut pas passer toute sa vie sur des basiques. avec le temps on ajoute la reflection et on cherche à savoir comment on va plus loins, tout en garrdant la musique au centre. c'est justement ça qui est impressionant avec Rubix c'est qu'a tout moment il décide "juste de suivre la musique avec des basiques et son style. de mon point de vue je comprend qu'apres plus de 20 ans ça ne l'intersse plus. Et que meme si parois ça va à l'extreme je prefere aujourd'hui ou un juge doit prendre toutes les refs en compte pas juste comme il y a 15 ans ou des qu'on sortait des clous on etait out et on avait aucune chance de faire nos preuves. encore plus avec des danseurs de son niveau qui on bien pris le temps de digérer les bases et tout les codes. Apres suivre "sa mélodie" sans en inventer des parties, en restant pertinent et entendre des tonalitées qu'on à pas entendu dans le passage d'avant avec parfois l'impression de découvrir la musique qu'on vient d'entendre, le tout en faisant bouger la tete des viewvers c'est vraiment pas donner à tout le monde ^^ Attention, j'ai vraiment apprecié le passage de la fille, elle à un style de ouf mais beacoup trop"dhésitation et pas assez d'assurance dans son passage ( la pression peut-ertre) et pour le dernier c'est impossible, meme si il y a mis beacoup de de lui, c de vie dans son passage , c'est un patchwork d'autre danseurs en moins abouti. Peut-etre dans 10 ans avec plus d'harmonie et de maitrise 😅😁

​@@dedee2854 Nah fully disagree. I clicked on the video for Rubix & I don't know any of the other dancers. Still I won't dick-ride. All of his rounds were not amazing & it's clear he's in some experimental stage with his performances lately. I've watched a ton of his videos for the last years & while yeah I'm obviously a fan, I have no problem with saying he lost a round. There's no fun in being biased when watching dance, just watch the dance for what it is. Imo the girl outdanced him in that particular round, will she probably lose 9 out of 10 times otherwise? Yes probably but not in that round. She didn't need "another 10 years to do it". Btw, I think you're reading too much into my initial comment. I wasn't referring to Rubix with "not their own tune or just trying to hit the beats.". I was referring to the scene in general nowadays & the girl's round was refreshing, that's all.

I don't think Rubix lost to that girl, to be honest, she did a good round, but there was a lot more left, Rubix is more experienced in the area, he knew how to build a "story" with his dance, that's his strong point of him, which for people who can't see can't understand but he is very creative in this part, that's why I'm sure he won.

@@queencard896 I personally didn't think Rubix was painting a great story in that round & I've seen what Rubix is capable of plenty of times. This, imo, wasn't one of those times. Sometimes I give his resets & lack of a consistent thread in a round a pass if his story was making up for it but I don't see it here.
