Good words and phrases to know but the teacher needs to really slow down, annunciate very (very) slowly so that we can see the shaping of the lips, any subtle tension in the throat (tones). Snails pace, repeated several times with a pause between the words being taught to allow the viewer to repeat back. There is a lot of hitting the pause button and playing back the video since she only states the words just a few times, too quickly for this beginner, especially phrases involving more than a single word.
