Nice video! I think you could avoid some of the striations in the foam by moving your star wheels off to the side when working with thicker materials.

One tip from another foam smith with the user lost wax is to get good curves you can use your knee

The way you were trying to shape the flat paper on the round shoulder really stressed me out. How about plastic wrap and painters tape to make your pattern.

EVA shrinks when it gets hot. Not sure how anyone is ironing on it without warping it.
