Hey Todd thanks for your comment and I can confirm I use 99% isopropyl alcohol I apologise for saying degreaser. Although it’s best to decontaminate the panel first so degreaser wouldn’t hurt I’d say yes to glue choice as certain glues work best in certain climates etc I personally use the dark green Brazilian jujitsu glue which Metal Medic sell For bigger jobs il also use CamAuto collision glue or Keco Flex glue- it’s the same glue just in different packaging

A few tips for you, as it’s hot melt glue, there’s no harm in warming the area up with a heat gun? It would melt the glue slightly, then peel off better, Or if you have stubborn glue on the panel, pick a larger tab and add glue to it. Place it over the stubborn glue then spray with iso straight away. I will all come off in one go

Always go careful with the paint though

Hi Will yes most probably. We worked together as panel beaters and then he showed me the ropes with PDR. We use to make the bars while panel beating then he made some which I got off him. Still use them daily now 🙌🏼

No the glue will stick to the painted surface so it doesn’t matter if it’s steel or Ali. Just sometimes more force is needed to pull an aluminium damage out

Hi. Yes it’s cheaper, quicker and 100% better for the vehicle because you keep the vehicle original and also its paint. As a guide this repair would start from 200-250 and increase, but again it’s worth the money if you want to keep the car factory with original parts and paint

Yes it can be swivelled out of the way, and also there’s an attachment so you can pull damage out anywhere along the bridge. Honestly I have 90% of all the PDR Lateral tension systems and this blows all of them out the water. And for the price I’d say it’s a very affordable tool

A dent like this on a bodyline usually is around 200+ Your dent would need to be looked at in person for a price to be given 🤗
