Reminds me of every night I have sleep paralysis not afraid to look my demons to the eyes yet so relaxing being trapped and unable to move talk smell just think of stuff and see your room but twisted always thanked sleep paralysis demons are demons trying to get you

This melancholic music feels so oddly therapeutic. It puts me in a slightly nostalgic and calm state of mind. It makes me not exactly forget my troubles, but it rather reminds me that every problem I have is fixable and at ease. Nothing quite like this can make me feel so calm and soothed. It's been a while since I've felt comfortable in my body, especially with all these nightmares I'm having, but listening to this late at night makes me feel.. safe.
