We were up in Sotres a couple of years ago on a motorcycle tour. The cloud was very low so we didn't get the views you had. There's a decent coffee/gift shop on the left at 3.18. Great ride to and from there and the locals are friendly. I'd love to do some walking in the Picos. Thanks for posting.

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜
