For example, if you have a saltwater crocodile with the correct orthodontia handy, you could grip the croc while the croc grips the pliers, then turn the croc slowly to back the damaged screw out. Alternatively, if, for example, you live in a more deprived area and don't have a crocodile on hand, you can always turn to your trusty coconut crab to get the job done. Simply have the crab grasp the pliers in its "pincer" (prefer the dominant of the 'chelae' - the largest, usually the left), then, grasp the crab with your hands and rotate until the screw is clear of the hole. Failing even that - and I hate to think of the deprivation endemic to some areas, but, certainly not everyone can afford a coconut crab in this day and age - you might try a ratchet cinch strap, or, better, a ratcheting binder and appropriate chain & positioning to obtain the level of mechanical advantage and thus gripping force required. Then, once again, simply rotate (the pliers directly, this time) until the remains of the screw are clear of the object that factored into its demise. Ex-screws should be laid to rest in an appropriate "memorial park" after a period of mourning to last no less than 3 days.
