Not supposed to yo use bleach on grabite tops we use IPA. As a hotel manager our HK staff use clorox wipes on touch sirfaces with IPA and zoflora for the floor all which is certified to kill e coli,covid, novovirus and other nasties. We use zoflora to santise the curtains and headbaords. Any hotel worth their salt uses mattress protectors and pillow protectors and change them betweeb guests which also prevents bed bugs. Even our rugs are santised between guests using by drogen peroxide and steam. Drains are cleaned and sanitised too. Perhaps i have exceptionslly high standards but this is the uk standard i work to. A lot of euro hotels ise foggers to disinfect between guests too. We also don't charge for tea, coffee and biscuits. Its part of the room rate. Also we use floor towels instead of foot mats as standard again washed daily.

Okay. I spray the floor too. Fungus is so nasty on our feet or on the bottom of the shoes. Once I sprayed my room top to bottom with lysol and later found out no air vent in restroom. I ended up fogging everyone on my floor. Couldn't help over hearing people were complaining about housekeeping using too much lysol. I heard others say that it smelled cleaner than a hospital. All i can say is, sorry and you're welcome 😊
