I think people with small kids will need to book the cabanas because there is little to no shade otherwise…

I bought one on my cruise on the Wish last year just before it was released to the official release. It was fun to open my door, buy using it and during certain events during events and dining shows it would light up.

It seems to me maybe they had to make some hard choices on where to locate things due to limited space. The family activity, food and bars, and shopping areas look like they already take up all the allotted space in that location of the island. There was only a small limited space left for the adult cabanas. Therefore, it appears they had to make a hard choice and locate the 20 family cabanas elsewhere.

That's a very boring square building and windows. The wood carving and mural add some flavor. But the building itself looks very institutional and cheap. Not something I would want to visit on a vacation.
