Hey Abigail, sorry to hear that. I gifted my unit to my parents after about two year and bought myself a new one with a light for my place 🙂. Both of our units are still working great. I just checked out primos website to see if they have any recommendations and they have instructions on how to clean and sanitize the unit. It appears they recommend using bleach OR distilled white vinegar with their process. Check it out when you get some time, looks like it takes 30 mins or so...Hopefully that helps out. @@MARTINLOCZ Hello I just bought one and was wondering if you guys always keep the hot and cold turned on? I don't really get it it always will have piping hot water in it stored as well as ice cold water that can't be good for the seals...I'll probably only turn on the hot before I need it and turn off the cold when I'm gone for days at a time..

If you are talking about the flashing red light in the front that means the dispenser believes your water jug is empty. Make sure you have a water jug with water and in order to reset the light you need to reset the button inside the door by opening and closing the door or pushing it with your finger.... when you reset the light the dispenser should suck up water from the water jug into the machine. Hope this helped

Hi, sorry for the late response I must have missed the notification... mine is still quite and working great. I even bought one for my friend and hers is still working the same as day one.

@@MARTINLOCZ No worries! I actually fixed the problem, we had to move the tube so it didn't vibrate against the side of the cooler...and then eventually we replaced the motor, and the new one is nice and quiet! :)

California Backyard Orchard thanks I tried making a follow up video at the beginning of the month but my laptop was compressing the video to 480p and it was not clear ill try again soon we have been having lots of rain here the tree has two small buds that are beginning to open but a lot of the trees tips are drying up as if the tree is dehydrated im suspecting a root rot problem because it is being watered and the other tree has super green and flowers that are about to bloom hopefully Ill get some info and help from viewer on what I can do because I definitely dont think the tree can with stand full sun or the summer coming up. Im definitely going to leave it in a shady place where it can get some sun yet stay safe until the root ball gets stronger... ill try and get this video out soon thanks

Need some advice I planted a avocado seed and didnt think was going to grow but did I let it grow for maybe 4 to 5 months was very healthy almost 2 feet long.. but it was in a spot I knew had to be moved so one day i dug around it and got it out having to cut some roots that were going pretty deep down but still the seed was still there and some roots so I stuck in a new location and now a week later my poor tree went from being so healthy now looking like its dying... I know It can be normal but now leaves are completely dry and I'm worried because at very top its turning black the tip of the tree but the trunk still is firm but dont want the black to spread should I cut it or just leave it alone??? OSOVELI EXCLUSIVE im not an expert but I have transplanted several tree and the best thing you could do in my opinion is shade the tree so that the sun doesn’t dry it up. The root system has taken a hit and the tree is having a hard time absorbing water. im hoping u put some potting soil in the new hole so that the roots have an easier way of absorbing water and extending again. Shading the tree will give the tree a better chance of resisting transplant shock... in the transplant earlier in the spring that helps aswell for now water it well shade it...ive heard its not a good idea to fertilize after transplanting but if all else fails maybe add some liquid fish fertilizer to help it stay green

OSOVELI EXCLUSIVE one more thing sometimes too much water can rot the roots as you may already know so watering too much might be counter productive lay some much down to keep the soil moist so you dont have to add so much water... ive used grass clippings before but you can use any mulch to keep the soil moist I hope your tree survives keep us posted if you can also too many leaves will absorb a lot of water from the tree it might now be a bad idea to take a few off after shading the key is keeping the trunk alive. Ive seen seedling appear dead and come back the next year so dont loose faith

Paul Willer Im going to make a follow up video in about a week as soon as the rain stops. Brighter blooms sent a replacement tree that is doing a lot better then this tree is. This tree must have suffered a lot as the tree has not produced a single flower and looks likes its barely holding on. The replacement tree arrived without flowers and is starting to bloom right now. Im hoping the tree makes it but we will see... Thanks for the information I wasnt sure what to expect
