@@austineversole276 I've ridden Crack maybe 15 times and non of that looked the same. It been 6 months or so so maybe the trail has drastically changed but I didn't see any of the more challenging section is the footage shown

Was wondering if it’s possible to carry the speed no braking a just little modulation and drop it instead of rolling, and hit another drop that comes up on the very right side where you took the middle line towards the bottom part.

That's crazy that you had to go left, then right, the left down waterfall. But I understand why though. My line was always right down the middle, because a straight line is easier to maintain speed, than cutting back and forth. I was just there two weeks ago and hit Mile (been over a year previously). Had my mid line going, was rough, but was doin it. Then Bam, a massive whole at the exit. Yeah, I didn't make it. Shred on!

@@KurtisGraham Yeah, It's one of those sections you have to see from either direction. You have to walk it both directions, because from the top, you'll say, "oh ok, this line". Then from the bottom you'll think, "oh wait, no maybe this line". It's an interesting section.

Check out Laguna beach/Aliso viejo trails as well when you’re in SoCal. They have some good stuff down there as well.

what month of the year would you recommend riding the trails like this one and surrounding areas? I like temps in the 70s and probable would prefer after summer when snow is not an issue. i dont know how long it stays summer there though.

Yeah man lower trails will open up in May-ish and upper trails will be open June-ish...depending on how deep the snow was. Probably safe through November-ish. Summer is great...temps in the 70s at lake level and a bit cooler the higher you climb 🍻👊
