Please help. I don’t understand. There is 1 ground wire coming from the black round part of the downrod. There is another ground wire coming from the black part of the black ceiling mount. Then there is another ground wire coming from the receiver. How do I connect these to the ground wire coming from the house? That’s a total of 4 ground wires, and I only see you’ve connected 3 green wires. How does this work?

These instructions don’t match the current model. I have 3 ground wires coming from the ceiling fan. One coming from the black part of the downrod, one attached to the black metal ceiling mount, and one coming from the receiver. How do I connect all 3 to the ground wire coming from my house? In this video there are only 2 ground wires.

The fan motor sits at an angle in the video and mine does too. The fan doesn’t wobble but it does rotate at an angle to the ceiling. How do I adjust that? This isn't a fan blade balance issue.

Where exactly did the receiver disappear to? One moment you were shoving it in there and in the next frame it disappeared.

What about on a pitched ceiling? The ad said it’s compatible with a pitch ceiling but when you insert the ball into the socket, the notch kicks it out of level. Any help would be great. A little bit frustrated at the moment.

Two questions, we do NOT need to attach any of the green wires to the copper wire from the ceiling? 2nd question, I have a red wire coming from the ceiling, is that not needed with this fan since it is controlled by the remote?

I have a question about power outages. If the fan (and light) are on when the power goes out, what happens when the power is restored? Do the fan and light resume at their previous settings or do they remain off? Note, the remote control buttons were not touched during the outage.

Where does it say in the product litterature that its not compatible for a slanted ceiling? When i try to install it, the plastic bushing is hitting the electrical RF controller and the rod doesnt hangn straight down. Nowhere can i see that its not for slanted ceiling. Too bad i have to return or get stuck with it.

While the fan is nice when assembled, I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of HomeKit support. The only reason we bought this fan was for HomeKit integration and it just isn’t there. For installation, I eventually got the receiver installed (you need to be very strategic about what wires to thread to which side of the mounting bracket). My fan had the wrong screws for mounting the bracket to the ceiling and the washers were dangerously small, so I had to swap them out to have any confidence in the mounting. Thankfully we could use the screws and washers from the fixture we were replacing, or we would have been stuck.

Do you think you could have gone through the wiring any faster? As a matter of fact why not just delete it entirely from the video. You have provided zero help as to what I’m supposed to do with the black, white, red, and stripped copper wire coming out of my ceiling. This video is as useless and the instruction guide in the box

The screws are too big to go in holes for screwing down led array. We had to find our own screws. Still working on installing fan so I may have more comments.

Absolutely the worst instructional video I have even seen. Absolutely no mention of what screws to use, which side of the rod goes in where, how to align parts. They have just given us random stuff and we just gotta figure it out. No I ll not be contacting your email support to wait for 2-4 days to hear a response and THEN fix my fan!

Was that light switch on the wall wired for just the fan itself or was it wired for lights in the room aswell? I just installed same fan but when i turn the switch off for the lights in the room the fan will not work, when turned on for the lights fan will work.

I agree. Bad install video. My fan doesn't really spin after the install. No matter what speed I choose, it only very slowly turns and then stops, and then turns again. Sometimes it just reverses itself. Any ideas what's going on there?
