I can't see this working in Devon since the police say we have to give them the name and address of the person committing criminal damage to our properties in order for them to do anything about it. I though that was the role of the police to make enquiries and find out where they lived, not the victim.

Here's a starter, get rid of the PSD. We all know police should never investigate themselves, it's laughable the PSD can't get the basics correct, never mind a slightly complicated case. I understand Det Insp Mark Behan was given an award for excellence whilst in charge of the PSD. He never looked at submitted Body worn camera evidence for a whole two years, didn't follow up further evidence provided by his own officers and team, then ignored the fact the officer left the force. He then had the ordacity to tell us, " Theres nothing we can do now, he is no longer a serving officer". Although he was two years previous when the evidence was submitted. Your office was well aware of this, But Emily Evans also took no notice. Good job you all don't work for the private sector, you would all be sacked. The private sector don't have an endless supply of tax payers money to bail them out of Incompetence.

So, the report of dangerous driving by one of your own serving officers, with more than enough evidence to prosecute, doesn't count. But members of the public will be prosecuted? Why is it one rule for police officers and another rule for the public? Your an embarrassment.

Your administration is full of liars, including you Executive Martin Scroble who may or may not have been lied to by the PSD Northamptonshire police. So here is an opportunity for you to answer my questions on a public forum and for you to prove me wrong. Your Martin Scroble told me that my case with the PSD had been handled correctly, yet, Liz Basham from the PSD has told us in an email that it has been handle incorrectly from day one. So, where did he get that information from? Who is lying to who? Did Martin Scroble ask the question or did he make his own mind up, he's has made a total fool of himself, or someone has made a fool out of him. My complaint against ex PC Chopping should have been dealt with swiftly by the PSD, yet they closed the case down without asking me, then they had 5 months to deal with PC Chopping's misconduct, yet they did nothing. You say in your letter to me that you 'dip into complaints' to make sure things are being addressed correctly, yet my complaint has been ongoing for 5 years and not once have you looked at and taken the people to account ( i.e., just doing your job as commissioner) so why are you in the position of commissioner. You also take on personally a complaint a member of the panel has, then tell me you don't get involved in individual cases. You got involved in his case, so I call that favouritism, quid pro quo, your department has contradicted every meal I have sent asking for simple straight forward answers. Did the former Chief Constable ever bring my matter to your attention? No he didn't. Why, because he was corrupt, he gave my complaint to the very department I was complaining about.
