Hello! First of all, love the recipe. I've tried this recipe for so many times, but the edge of cookies always more browned than centered, but if I try to make the entire cookie the same color, the center won't be as crispy and will become very soft. Why is that?

this is THE brownie recipe. oh my god, i finally made a PERFECT brownie with cracks on top and it looks just like in the video😭😭 its very dense, moist and the flavour is intense indeed. i didn't have brown sugar so i used white instead, i don't think it affected my cake. i strongly recommend making it! thank you~ ♡

best when hot i think. i stored it in a fridge for a day and it got quite hard, still tasty, but not as good and tasteful when just out the oven!

A really good question. I made this brownie two days ago and I had too thick dough. It didnt want to leave my spatula. I had 56g per egg so I guess 70g should do the job.

Parece ser uma delícia, vou experimentar fazer essa receita. O açúcar mostrado no vídeo, não parece o mascavo, aqui no Brasil seria o demerara. O mascavo aqui é mais escuro e de consistência fina, já o demerara é mais claro e em grãozinhos. Gratidão por compartilhar 🙏🏾🌷
