What if some game modes were 6v6 by default and the map design and gameplay of the mode was made to work that way. Or you could queue 6v6 and 5v5 at the same time - same way you can role select as you queue.

Overwatch was never meant to be anything other than 6 v 6. The only time 5 v 5 is ok to watch is when Crazy Raccoon play

6v6 would solve a lot of current issues but long queue times will suck. 5v5 could be a lot better of tanks were more homogenized as big DPSs but the devs only have so much room for overhauls without risking destroying identity of cerain characters. This is the core issue, the devs are stuck in this awkward middle ground no matter what, and they don't have that much wiggle room to work with. Whichever format they choose it will not be perfect either way.

I will say I definitely agree that it’s annoying to see teams just phone it in. Fuck around in chat and generally not care or give up on winning before the games start. At the end of the day these are still supposed to be professionals competing. The scene will not flourish with this attitude being so prevalent. Although this scene is pretty much on life support as is anyway

My Idea for suzu would be: Remove the healing if Kiriko uses it on her team and if she uses it on herself she only gets the healing, but it doesnt cleanse her and doesnt make her untouchable. This way it would be actually possible to take a 1v1 against her and she still has a tp so she doesnt need to have two immortality/escape abilities
