The restaurants mentioned are good suggestions. The air plane park is also fun to go to with your children. After living here for 30 years the biggest pro of living in glen burnie is that you are within a 20 minute drive to just about everything.

I feel you, that said sometimes it's worth it for the individual. We have a shared driveway for the first 200 feet or so then it splits 3 ways. I love our house and location. Would I prefer no shared driveway, sure... but this house was the best fit for our family and came with the shared driveway which really is not a huge deal since in our case its at the very bottom.

Fair enough. For me I am a sauce guy. I love full flavors and spices and care about texture. And since I am eating the whole experience that's what I judged my thoughts on. :)

Don’t lie to all of these people just to get your sales up. Marley station mall is pretty much empty. Glen burnie is literally a run down town. There is no charming shops or anything like that. It’s getting terrible. Don’t move here.

Great video. I’m curious about diversity. I know Severna Park has its issues but I’m curious about Arnold. It sounds like the ideal place for me and my family. We want to get away from the city life and find a community we can thrive in and be an asset to.

Hey there sorry for the delay. My reply never posted. So we have limitations on commenting regarding demographics because of the fair Housing laws. That said 1) for just straight statistics of demographics google can tell you easily. 2) feeling wise I’d suggest go drive through some of the area and see if it vibes with you or not. 3) maybe go out to eat or stop at a grocery store or something and see how you feel. 4) even if your a bit far out from Buying we are happy to sit down go over your goals and can show you some houses to get a feel for the area (and or other areas)

I lived in the Glen Burnie area for 22 years. I moved away in October 2007 to the Tallahassee area. I miss Glen Burnie a lot more than what I thought that I would.

if you enjoy hiking NH is fantastic. My oldest brother lives there. That said in the DMV Greenbelt is still one of my favorite places.

Sorry for the delay, I didnt see this comment. So I have heard people really like Central Middle. For Elementary I have heard good things on Central and Mayo. (I personally do not have any Experince with either since our kids are in the Annapolis side of things. )

We still see them. Not as much as we used to but they are around. Some of the non updated levitt homes, some historic, some farms, etc.

We agree that it can be super lame if you can’t put a fence on your own property. But that’s why we suggest checking what you can or can’t do before purchasing.

low rate = high prices and vice versa. Will take high rates and reasonable prices. Prices have barely moved YET. Jack those rates up there 12%,14%, 16%

Sure I agree mathematically, But I don’t believe the Fed would want it get that bad. I think they would bring back quanitstve easing first.
