The american prison system is a failure. A disgrace. Absolutely no discipline behind the walls. All involved in the justice system and the security of it are failures. Prison is not a correctional institution its a dump, where society dumps the ones they deem unfit, and shuts their eyes on them. What goes on inside prisons is a mockery of the word “correction” or “security”.... none of these words fit prison. Its just a jungle of vicious criminals playing out the hierarchy game between themselves day after day after day...

3 strikes Sargent deserves a commander superintendent ethics. Usually 2 or 3rd super store can afford to lose a bob or 2 kindred spirits offences. 3 month 2/3 of that is 6 week of 2 month or upto to 6 month do 12 weeks out to lift for the old age pensioner whom need cheap goods... Sentencing a juvenile to life without parole is not right I am completely against it I can see life sentences for extreme cases and the offender being around 16 or 17 (Not that i really support it either) but they should at some point be eligible for parole no matter how heinous the crime is
