DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE! I spent £1,200 for my travel system. After 3 months of usage, the button for the carry-cot hood broke, the lining for the baby-bag ripped, and the car-seat was littered with heavy scratches and the rubber safety seals at the bottom were completely ripped. I attempted to return these faulty items back to the store after being told that “if anything goes wrong then just bring it back” - it was anything but, the lady was harsh, rude, condescending and told me that “well you should’ve looked after it then” and they “cannot repair the car-seat” because the “functionality” was still there. I asked the woman regarding the functionality of the rubber seals, she replied with “it’s for safety. Isn’t that to do with functionality? I have been without a baby-bag and a carry-cot for over three weeks that have been taken “for repair” whilst being stuck with an unsafe car-seat that is littered with scratches from general use, and absolutely despicable customer service for a travel system that cost over a thousand pounds. Every time I ring customer support, they recognise my number and fail to answer. Please purchase your travel systems from the recognised big companies who may charge 5% more, but will look after you post-purchase. I was also told that the car seat would have grey lining to match the colour of the rest of the system and when it arrived, it wasn’t the same - I was told “it comes like that” and I didn’t receive the correct colour. I understand some of this may be trivial. But after spending a premium, you expect the customer support and the finer details to be at a higher threshold which has not been the case. UPDATE: I have now been blocked on Instagram after warning others about my experience. They are only after a sale and your money.
