I love your videos. I like how you capture the beauty of places. I am from ny and have been to some of these places and in real life it’s dirty. Like legit dirty with trash and stinky. The people are always beautiful. But nyc streets are dirty. But you make them look so beautiful.

I miss nyc in the summer just walking around so much to see lol id not realize id walk so far.. ❤❤

Love this! Thank you for sharing! I miss New York so much sometimes. Lived there for years and left, but I like being a "tourist" now. Lots has changed but these videos remind me that the soul, grit, and culture of the NYC that I grew up loving is still there.

As a fellow Brooklynite I LOVE walking too but for me, I love to walk in Manhattan more so than in Brooklyn. I will seriously take a train to some random spot in Manhattan and just start walking. When I was younger, I would do this for HOURS. I mean I used to work on Canal Street and could walk from there past times square and into the 50's, then walk back a different way ending up in the same area but through a different route. I agree, walking is so therapeutic! Your video makes me feel like I've been neglecting my home borough though. lol. Maybe I feel like since I grew up in BK I've seen it all, but I know thats not the case. Your inspiring me to start taking the bus to some random spot in BK and start walking around like I used to do in Manhattan. Best exercise ever!

Once I get relocated, I would absolutely be down for a virtual walking group! That sounds like joy to share and a pretty decent way to explore my new surroundings. And I too did not have Waffle House until only a few years ago, and about 5-6 years deep into living in Atlanta mind you. LOL. My favorite of this one was actually the at home tings, flowers for great grandma's altar and the soapmaking were so warm - the sort of things I look forward to doing in my own space.
