I did the same after trying everything… I did nothing besides stop chasing the healing and walking away from a toxic relationship, and moving… finally stopped falling out, NOW, I’m supplementing… don’t bother while your stressed, your body won’t absorb anything you do, if your mind and spirit are under duress. Greater air flow will shorten the drying time, but increase frizz, unfortunately.

Find a decent secondhand Dyson Airwrap, or a cheap new original version if you can find one (the upgrade isn’t significant) would be my recommendation to those wanting a product like this but are struggling with the price. I bought mine when I couldn’t go to the salon during the pandemic, and it genuinely was a great investment. My hair is naturally blonde plus highlighted (so can get super dry!), and it’s in the best condition now, and I don’t need to get my ends cut as often.

I have short/medium hair and adore my Airwrap! I can finally get stress-free salon looking styles at home, and without wrecking my hair. It’s also great for fringes/bangs - when mine grow out, I use the barrel to messily flick them out👌🏻🤩
