I rode a Panasonic and no lie down in the canyon of the financial district a flipping evil cabby throw open his drivers side door now it's been as long ans old ago as this cool vid is since I rode in about 04"05" for KDR then us mess as they purchased all our assets into a tiny fraction of what co.s like them do, I'd love to shed some light on all the people that were involved with Metro kdr and how the takeover affected but I'm not a crybaby and I'm just here to show love Chicago Messengers as a whole

Hey, I'm hunting for a VR experince (or video of it) shown at a SIGGRAPH in the 1990s. Was Mad Hatter's tea party, had a dragon in a jack in the box at the end. Any idea where that is, if you've heard of it?

What hardware is this ? I suspect a DEC PDP-15 with the "Graphic15" terminal. UPDATE: It was a PDP 11/45 and a different display : kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a5-PlK97rMCXZqs.html

I should warn you, the name "Maze Craze" is thoroughly taken: there's an Atari 2600 game by that name, there's a Windows 3.1 pacman knockoff by that name, and probably others as well...

Far superior computer technology than we have even today in 2022 was available to the producers of this movie back in 1977 due to the handing over of E.T. knowledge to Humans many Millenia ago.

And remember just because the film came out in 1977 doesn´t mean that this was done in 1977. The film took three years to make if I remember correctly? This means it was done from somewhere around perhaps 1974 or 75.

You can make videos like the one above and others related to it with a neat Windows program called “Antitwister.” Search on the words: antitwister how spinning object connect stationary

Are the strings representative of something physical, or just one way to explain the relationship of rotation between a spinor and its observer?
@alfiecattell86233 жыл бұрын

no - it's the phase velocity that is superluminal as per de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony. I cite this in my new upload - so the "rest frame" is not objective but rather based on the frequency of the light. Gerard 't Hooft goes into this in his essay "Light is Heavy" - or see his collaborator on more recent publications. Martin van der Mark. thanks

Am I the only one who would love to see more done with this concept? There are so many questions this video raises. Why is the woman in a cell? What planet does this video take place on? What are those life forms in the desert?
