Can't help- but notice the similarity in name to the Agglestone Rock in Dorset.

But no mention of the cut steps or the dog iron staples - ? Obviously someone decided to have a better view from the top, but it would be good to know who and maybe why.

seems ironic that they can barely restore it - cant ever imagine anything like this being built these days again and yet we are told we live in 'modern times' and well .......

How wonerful it would be if we could rebuild it in the early style ,and open it for a fee.!

It was free to walk around in the 80's. Unfortunately, your camera work leaves much to be desired. Too fast, too much movement, and no descriptions of what we can see.
@dannimac77724 күн бұрын
we used to play in there during the sixties after riding bikes from Somercotes. Parked the bikes against a high wall. Then climbing the wall to gain access, Never thought anyone seeing the bikes would guess we were inside.

This is almost on my doorstep, it's a lovely old building, as is the rebuilt hall.

Very interesting. Bess of Hardwick has been famous for centuries. When you make another video could you ttry to keep the camera still? It makes one quite dizzy.. I see other people have worded this same request differently from me, so I am not alone.
@dolinaj1Ай бұрын
Too much reflected light, and lack of commentary, diminish this important video, alas.

I've visited many stately homes , Manor houses , Palaces etc but Hardwick Hall is by far the best and I mean the BEST property I've ever seen , the history of Bess of Hardwick etc ohhhhh wonderful ,

I see this is a year old now. I hope you’ve gone out and practiced … a lot … before you uploaded your next vid. A bit of planning wouldn’t come a miss either. You film some people doing some archeology, what they looking for and did they find it?

Your style is too much for the eye to take in. What's your hurry? Don't expect your audience to pause at every little morsel; they won't. Instead try to convey your feelings and passions to your viewers. You do show much promise.

"That's right, its me: Stone T" Silliness aside, I do find it interesting that there is so much evidence for the constantly changing ways people expressed their beliefs, yet people today still claim to follow, "the unchanging word of god" from their King James bible and Noah's Ark coloring books.

I have visited Bishops House, Meersbrook Park, several times when studying and living in Sheffield. Pls don’t pan so fast. One steady sweep around a room with appropriate commentary should be enough. Well worth a visit.

Such a nice church to share, but you moved your camera around so much and so fast so many times that it was hard to appreciate the beauty of the church. Please go more slowly with the cam and your viewers will appreciate your efforts.
