I am so happy to begin finding channels on KZfaq who are supportive of Harry and Meghan Markle because the level of mean spirited specious comment by British people and others, including some Americans is off the charts. We must understand that this collective of people have never met either Harry or Megan in person nor have spoken to them. They have really relied on trash British tabloids to get any information Tabloids have no journalistic integrity and actually do not follow any journalistic guidelines and how they report what they report. I am an older, black woman, who has a biracial child and biracial grandchildren. However, I am a little different than most because I have worked with British government, i.e., British embassies and even worked with HRH prince Philip when he was alive and his foundation when they wanted to produce some events in the US. I believe it’s some point a former member of the royal family will likely write a book to tell us that what we know to be true is actually true and that is that neither Harry nor Meghan Did any of the things they were accused of doing while living in the UK?. There was no bullying, there was no diva behavior, and all Meghan Did was to try to make Harry proud and to fit in without giving up who she was/is. On the other hand, I think the royal family are like many White, who are prepared To be benevolent toward Black folks or other people of color, but they are not prepared to treat them as equals. I think Megan being an American, Recognizes that in the UK the weight of the royal family is enormous and that she would adopt all the protocol necessary to fit in. I also think that she was a sophisticated, Intelligent, extremely attractive and very savvy woman. This was some thing that the royal family was unused to dealing with as a family member. I am also pretty sure the earthquake happened with the Palace staff. Having served in several high positions for VIPs, one of the things that you note is is that their staff become the gatekeepers and the staff quite often assumes the VI state of their bosses And behave in a manner that is presumptive quite often. I think the staff in the palace were not prepared to serve a biracial American woman, as they were serving the rest of the royal family. I do not think Meghan was ever demanding or bullying. I Would suppose staff who do not think you are they based on your skin color might find your requests demanding. Think most of this terrible time that Meghan and Harry were dealing with clearly came out of a level of racism that the palace, nor the people that work there were willing to admit. So of course it had to become the problem of the black woman. I do think one of the ways to show how much of a bubble that whole group lives in both the Royals and their staff, isn’t that none of them ever really thought Harry would leave with Meghan to return to the United States. I do think after the enormous popularity of Harry and Meghan in their tours in London and in Wales, and then their Commonwealth tour scared Charles and Camilla, William and Catherine And their communications teams. If you read Harry’s book SPARE, He tells us of those occasions where The entire royal family was in attendance at some annual events, and the next day in the newspaper he and Meghan Were front and center On the front pages of the newspapers With Queen Elizabeth, Charles and William In smaller photos. This is what created the earthquake of negative attention to Meghan By the family and their staff members. Also, if you remember a time most of the public photos I saw of Catherine ( Kate) she had become Queen Elizabeth’s mini me. by that I mean, she generally dressed similarly to the queen. She wore stockings and heels, sleeveless dress with a matching coat and often a hat. She looks 50 years old. Meghan Markle shows up and she is in pants, great boots, or heels, a designer top., Those gorgeous, long coach and scarves. Meghan, Looked glamorous and contemporary and Catherine who is quite lovely, did not Look contemporary. Meghan’s Clothes were sold Out of shop immediately. I do think most of the hate against Meghan Comes from British women over the age of 50. I think there is an organization that tracked the post that were nasty toward Megan and the conclusion was this is mostly British women I was certain age.. That is a reason I think even today there is this enormous attempt to compare Meghan, Markle, and Kate. I think the attempt is to say, Harry made a mistake and not marrying a white woman. That if you compare Meghan and Kate, Kate always wins out. it’s ridiculous, but it’s my conclusion after watching these crazy women on their KZfaq channels, constantly trying to pull a comparison whether it’s the color of a dress that each has worn or a hairstyle. It’s just amazing. Last night I was looking at a list of postings about Catherine attending Wimbledon. And, most of the posts were just a congratulations that Catherine was up and about, but sooner, rather than later, there were some snide remarks about they were sure the woman in Montecito was crying her eyes out because Catherine was getting this attention. This is the craziness I believe are the angry whines of why did Harry pick a biracial American rather than a British white woman to marry?. So the comparisons will continue until these old biddies die off. Comparisons are done to and their eyes prove that a white woman is better than a black woman, and that Meghan Markle is always trying to outdo the princess because she is jealous. I tell them listen Meghan Markle is a California girl, which means in her beautiful $14 million home and property, she can get barefoot and walk out into her garden and pick up a bouquet or swim in her pool or whatever she wants to do and she is not required to live within, the boundaries that the British Royal live in. The thing I’ve noticed is that the British tabloids do not seem to have any access to not only Meghan. but anybody that lives in Montecito or that area. But That I mean, there are no paparazzi with cameras, sneaking to try to take photographs. You see no up-to-date photographs of the Sussexx and any of the British tabloids. They’re only current photographs if the couple have appeared in some public space or occasionally in doing something private, someone on the sidewalk takes a picture and sell it to a tabloid.. but large they have older previously seen photographs whenever they’re writing a story about the couple, which is more evidence that they have no access to them in the US. I must tell you I think that the tabloids would love to get Harry back in the UK. In United States he is very successful and has made enough money to be able to go back to London and hire a top law firm to sue these tabloids that far he is three of his court cases and Megan has one on that letter, she wrote her father . in each case they’ve received a monetary finding by the court. and in each case it seems the couple have given that money to British charities that they support. So the taxpayers money stays in the UK to help particular people who need help at the time.. So you here now quite a bit about Harry wanting to come home which is BS or now I think I’ve heard that the supposedly Charles wants to see his grandchildren, which is also BS. I think no one in the UK hates Megan more than Camilla. did you see that photograph of Camila in A looks like maybe a childcare center and she is sitting opposite a small black child and she is holding the child arm between her two fingers as of trying not to get herself dirty by interacting with the child. It is probably one of the most offensive photographs I’ve ever seen.. but it reinforced my sense that she is probably the racist to ask what color Archie might be. book mentioned he and Meghan had gone to visit his father and Camilla early on and and how would a certain point in the visit, Charles and Meghan went off into a room to talk and he and Camilla together. He talked about how the laughter coming from the room with his father and his fiancee made Camila very nervous and she kept trying to peer past him into the room. he said his father was absolutely charmed by Meghan and was delightfully, surprised about how much she knew about history and music. Two of Charles‘s favorite subjects. I am pretty sure Camilla was not happy that Charles was so charmed.. I hope you don’t mind me sticking my two cents in here. I have literally prayed for some women of color to get their own channels on KZfaq and provide an opposite reaction to the mean spirited spew of hate about Harry and Meghan’s life.
