The controls work both ways: you can modify the playback speed AND you can modify the max recording time, however, "longer recording time = more low-fi quality".

Why could'nt the plug end which connects to the PC be replaced with a 1/4" jack for the guitar without doing any other mods? I'm not talking about any power requirements. I know this video was uploaded 8 years ago so I'm hoping you will still respond to this question. Have a good day.

Hi, love the stuff you do been checking out your new stuff and your older dub siren stuff and think it’s all great I’ve got a question about how it some parts of it work because I can’t for the life of me figure it but in the examples the pitch modulation from essentially the 555 ic configured as an lfo sounds to me as if it’s sometimes a smooth sine like modulation and sometimes the more alternating between two pitches like the square wave it should be emitting do you know why this is?

Amazing Synth btw! but why not use an external head phone out for this, it would sound so much better!
@lonesoulsurfer2 ай бұрын
Yeah in hindsight it would have been good to be able to plug in an external speaker but it was one of the first builds I did and prob didn’t bother to add one.

I use solder with a little bit of silver in it. It forms a better and longer bond. You could also just use normal solder as well
