Netflix had a wee minor controversy with ADR a couple months ago in their movie rebel moon a actor did a northern Irish accent and it was too good so they replaced it with a shit one so Americans could actually understand what was said causing the accent to be roasted. Funnily enough the main villain is actually from Northern Ireland so it checks out he was actually doing a good accent.
