That was a shit job haha. You are gluing tile straight to concrete. You need to use an uncoupling membrane otherwise you are going to have major grout cracking in the future. Also you didn’t put any glue on the floor. The concrete will absorb the moisture from the thinset and it won’t bond properly. And your trowel marks are going in every way. You need one way trowel marks and wiggle the tile back and forth to collapse the ridges to ensure a proper bond. I wouldn’t warranty that floor for 6 months let alone a year.
