Hello ! I’m in cheer I did this , how do I get the tibia and femur to feel aligned again ? It just feels like maybe the tibia isn’t where it’s supposed to be now. Does rotating it internally make it stay there? Does it go too far internally? How would I find the neutral position for it after this

In the example of the back handspring that was not good, the problem was from the beginning. You talked in your video about the block in the after the jump, however, the jump and the body position and angle are essential in the preflight. That's even more important in my opinion because if you do that wrong, then the rest of the back handspring is going to be wrong. Pushing back, having the right angle, extending and having the right body position and snap in that first flight is essential because it allows you to set yourself up to block and snap to the hollow position in the second part of the back handspring.

Worst training program I’ve ever done. Haphazard structure and design with too much volume. Lots of better and cheaper programs out there.

@@DrTravisOwens i just wanted a better review of the actual product, not just look at it go twirl up close rq… That shit literally was spinning like it has a motor in it and im confused on how that works

@b1gm0n3y oh. That makes sense. Sorry I was thrown off by the assumption of criminal activity. At the time of the video I hadn’t used the rope yet. Later that day when trying it out for the first time, I was able to string together 100 double unders unbroken which was a surprise for sure. As far as the spinning; the handles seem to have a very well designed bearing system and extremely well balanced handle that allows for very little friction leading to smooth rotation will little effort given.

@@DrTravisOwens i would hardly consider it criminal activity but you have to admit that it looks like an advertisement that the company paid for. when i was first commenting it only had one like and one comment, both from the actual company which raised my suspicion even more

I think one more thing that is important is the jump. A jump on a backhandspring is rather backwards than going upwards.

I highly advise not buying aligners from Candid. My personal experience with them has been a nightmare. This company just tries to make a quick buck with no regard to customer care/service. I have been asking for replacement aligners for months and nobody in customer service can help at all. I was only given a number to the office I purchased the aligners from and the phone number goes to a completely different company that knows nothing about Candid aligners. The Smile Store's website doesn't even work! Go with a different aligner company unless you don't care about good customer service.

Every human is stronger in their pecs, it’s not something that developed per say. It’s just an anatomical fact. Same happens with people training shoulders. Our bodies are designed for the pecs to want to take over and help . Anyway, that doesn’t change your good recommendation of handstand training. It’s another reason we arch from weakness just like when athletes do over head presses. Arching changes the angle and allows is to include the pecs some.

I can't really focus. You're too handsome. Haha. On a sidenote, I didnt want to risk waiting money on what wouldn't work properly on me so I chose Invisalign. I only paid $2250 out of pocket and got to them from my general dentist who also studied orthodontic care.

I got prescribed them by my orthodontist and they couldn’t achieve my results I’m upset. So much money blown. My teeth weren’t even that bad, and still aren’t but one of the main reasons I wanted the aligners was for this specific problem and they “can’t” fix it.

Dude, I’m beginning my fitness journey, and I LOVE ROWING. I’m starting out with 30 min rows shooting for 5,000m. I have a disability and am starting pretty dang weak, but I want to see how strong I can get. I admire Matt’s mindset, and hope to try out his program when I get an established routine.
