They are led sabers, aluminum hilts with polycarbonate blades. Look us up at Saber Light Knights. Some like the saber legion are more like hema or an mma of sword fighters, others like light speed are more like Olympic saber.

There definitely are more flashy styles and leagues. For martial quality it is hard to argue with stabby stabby. Spinning is a not always a good trick.

You are spot on. Orange is an olympic saber fencer whereas yellow is a black belt in kendo with some work in escrima.
