why have you decided against me when I proved with evidence that the buyer was a scammer? you have turned me into a slave that must pay for a thief to steal from me as you aid and abet the thief. "Returns will not be accepted unless you select domestic or international return options above. The item can always be returned if it doesn't match the listing description." but you did force a return even though it did match the description.

Just curious what statistics ebay uses to determine weather their updates and changes are actually improving or expanding the marketplace? Over the past year or so the only revenue increase Ebay has been able to generate was earned by cannibalizing it's sellers with increased fees.

These people are so out of touch it's ridiculous. So they agree the $0.25 per item fee is egregious, they acknowledge it was brought up back in December at the last AMA. Yet they still have no answer on this? This is just an example of why eBay is failing. Nickel in diming small businesses to death is not a sustainable business model. It delivered short-term increases in earnings per share, but the flip side of that is continually rapidly decreasing rules merchandise sales. In 2019 eBay became extremely aggressive and hostile towards sellers, as a result many have left or are in the process of delisting and leaving. Sellers have too many options nowadays.

ebay should be paying the paypal / processing fee on any sales tax amount. Anything other than that is an insult. You took over my home state, so I can't collect the service fee any longer - which offset paying the processing fee on the tax amount. Now I pay the processing fee for every state - and you keep all of the money. This is a cost you incur to be able to legally operate. If you continue to pass your "marketplace" expenses on to your users, sit back and watch the inventory continue to flee your site.

The reality is that Elliot Management and Starboard are now calling the shots. First, they will sell all non ebay assets such as Stubhub and their worldwide classified business. They will buy back shares of ebay with this money. Then they will cut cost as much as possible (that's never good). Then they will sell ebay. Elliot and Starboard couldn't care less about the ebay marketplace. They have no desire to grow. Troubled times ahead.

How about adding the CC so that I can understand this or other deaf or hard of hearing ebayers. Thanks!

Buyers are screwing sellers you dont investigate SNAD's eBay gets some PayPal gets some Buyers takes it Well eBay/paypal holds us down and tell us to bend over stfu well you Take it from us. After its all over sprinkle a little limon salt on our wounds leaving neg comment and damage my rep causing further damages.

Disappointing and frankly, disrespectful. It's incredibly disrespectful to send all the false starts yesterday, the late start today and then the ongoing reference to getting out to see sellers like they're going to the zoo. There was little comprehension of efficiencies ... just count the number of clicks to use bulk shipping. The item specifics implementation is a joke. When a UPC or ISBN is entered, there should be no need to enter things like title, author, publisher, brand, etc. Another issue are the photographs (for new items). Those things are all the same for a given UPC or ISBN. The problem is eBay doesn't require the UPC or ISBN. Not only does that impact the buyer's ability to search, but it also adds yet another step (inefficiency) to pricing/listing an item. It takes us less than a minute to list and describe an item on other marketplaces. We're flying if we can list an item in 15 minutes on eBay. As a result, we focus on other marketplaces.

This went worse than anticipated and I didn't anticipate much of anything.
