Yes and no. Depends on the owner of the vehicle, how it was driven, and serviced. Keep in mind, Mercedes has been making turbocharged 4 cylinders for about 10 years now already. They have been holding up really well. I get what you’re saying but it’s not always the case. Thanks for tuning in!

I love the AMG GLE! It was a bit big for me so I landed on getting the 24’ GLC 43 AMG which was also less than the GLE. I think 🤔 if my lifestyle required a bigger SUV I would line up for the GLE! Stunning! I wish the key was up to date…

Good point! The new C300 and GLC300 have the newer key fob design. Maybe Mercedes will change it on the redesign in a few years.

we just got one and it is amazing. A little difficult to learn but give it some time. Rides well and is super quiet. Good on gas too.

I’ve been a BMW gal for a long time. Wanted a change and bought this vehicle couple months ago. I absolutely love this car. I’d definitely recommend and buy agin. I have 3rd row and feel it is roomy compared to other cars with 3rd rows.

The M4 would be against the CLE63 if it gets launched and goes into production. The CLE53 goes against the M440.

GREAT review brother! I own an old S500 with the AMG Sports Package, and some other options that I bought brand new. It's more than 20 years old, and has over 205,000 miles, and is my daily driver. It was $96k when I bought it new. This 2024 S Class is on another level! Much nicer than mine. 007

Can you compare this to the M440i/M4 particularly in regards to overall comfort and interior functionality?

Great question. I would say the technology and functionality are about equal. Both have great interfaces but if I have to give an edge to one, it would be the Benz because of the customization and themes you can switch into. Interior styling is subjective, everyone has their preferences. That’ll be up to you to decide. As far as comfort goes, the Mercedes for sure. Seat comfort and ride quality are definitely superior. I hopes this helps!

BMW G2x - 8X have a better screen that you don't have to look down to see imo. Also the BMW screen has a better antiglare protector that's already on the screen. The newer 440 also has Idrive 8.5 so a bit more fine tuned for UI. Looks like the mercedes has nicer speakers though and better ambient lighting. seats are probably the same unless you're getting the upgraded BMW bucket seats which are carbon fiber backing.

@Rodrigc92 I think my issue is .....well I'm older and not sure if the STIFFER ride in G82/G22 is all that appealing..... obviously I need to drive both ....I'm one of the few that's actually ok with front grille design!!

Nahhh! Nope! The Benz is definitely a better OVERALL vehicle from the standpoint of luxury AND performance. If you’re looking for strictly performance, then yes BMW. But if you want both luxury AND performance, the Benz reigns supreme #thebestornothing I got love for both brands though! @foregrlz

The ride is comfortable but composed even with those wheels. From what my customers tell me, the Mercedes ride quality is better than BMW and also seat comfort. I hope this helps!
