See, even in the wild it shows why it's good to have a two parent household. Somebody goes and brings home the bacon while the other takes care of the kids. Can you imagine if she had to do this all by herself? Those kid birds would be like, neglected...

First time the couple entered seemed like hubby was checking out the rafters, “Yep, everything looks solid here”, while wifey was like “I think a rug would be nice….walls neat a coat of paint….maybe a soft yellow”.

The neediness of the chicks was thoroughly disturbing but I couldn’t stop watching 🫣

Day 39 just reminds me of a family with a handful of kids who grew up to be teenagers and young adults who haven’t moved out yet 😂

EPIC. I didn’t know it is so labor intensive to raise baby birds. The parents were so dedicated to caring for them and each other. and how from bugs and worms the babies grow wings and fly away into the big world. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely experience with us, it was a privilege to witness.🤗💕
