Ik ben inmiddels helemaal weg van jullie! Ik geloofde nooit in Men's HEALTH, maar ik durf nu de conclusie te trekken dat het bij jullie wel degelijk om de gezondheid gaat. Ik kwam trouwens op jullie site terecht (en via de site op deze video), omdat ik een laag caloriedieet volg met Glucomannan, maar geen energie, het koud heb en alsnog honger heb. PS: ik zou wel willen snappen hoe het zit met het visceraal vet, ik zit op dieet omdat ik eigenlijk alleen maar van mijn visceraal vet afwil of ik begrijp het niet. Visceraal vet is toch het vet rond je buik? Hoe kan het dan dat het visceraal vet bij Martyn is toegenomen? Ik begrijp daar echt helemaal niks van. Zijn buik ziet er geweldig uit!
