I was at the festival and I’m mad I missed this lol I’d rather see her than Mariah hahaha. I can tell Jojo had to cut her set a song short since they made her jump to Too Little Too Late but this was already better than Mariah’s set. And kudos to Jojo for pushing thru the tech issues because she wasn’t the only artist that needed her mic up. This made me wanna see her on tour tho. She’s super underrated.

She sounds awesome. It's good to be able to clearly hear her vocals. Often it seems like the music is too loud and her microphone volume is too low.

It probably wasn’t even her own engineer’s fault because I was there too and it looked like it was just a general festival issue that engineers could get fixed across the board. Busta, Omarion, and Nelly were some of the others having the same issues and they were all on different stages haha

That was unfortunate because a lot of those artists had some of the most enthusiastic energy from the crowds that watched when I was out there. Especially for Busta Rhymes. He def needed that mic up

@@ov7spears: JoJo and her entire team were experiencing technical difficulties regarding the audio with their in-ear monitors and the receiver system shut down. The festival audio team spent over 30 minutes trying to reboot the system which subsequently cut into her set time. At festivals like this, when there are a ROSTER of artists, it cuts into the time of others. It’s unfortunate because Jo is a gem, but the show must go on. Just standard industry practices. It sucks, but JoJo is a sheer professional for keeping it together and being graceful regarding the matter. Personally, I would have been a pouty, raging bitch after I left that stage. 😒😡😤
