Charles always does with ease and precision those things with which I struggle. He is magic in motion.

Charles Reid was one of my all time favorite painters. His painting style with watercolors was so unique.😊

Why why why can utube not have a video that will play all the way through. Just CARE LESS towards its paid subcribers.

Merci

Wow, this just appeared for me here. Matthew is THE BEST teacher of watercolor for beginners I have seen; and, I have seen many, many teachers. He knows it all, of course, but there are huge reasons why he is so great for beginners, especially. You should join his channel. And, I am not his cousin or brother!

It looks like you have a covering on your thumb - if you don't mind, can you mention where you got it? Is it for arthritis or to protect your paining from your thumbprint?

I don’t know where this clip comes from but the thing with dried and wet colors is hogwash. I paint with dried colors and you get as good as straight from the tube if you rewet them and load the brush. I was actually interested in underpainting but I won’t bother looking forvthe clip if this is the calibre of the advice.
