The worst place to go shopping! They have beautiful stuff but the worst customer service ever. Very disappointed. Was given a gift card instead of a cash refund for a return when my local store was closed due to financial crisis in the House of Fraser business. Tried to use it on the website but it wouldn't work. Was told I'd have to present it at a physical store but the card expired before I could get there with £60 of my money on it. House of Fraser are refusing to honour the refund which is protected by law. DO NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS FROM HOUSE OF FRASER. I'll post updates for this case here. Waiting to hear from senior management before we take this further.
