I’m enjoying the info presented in this interview! I admit feeling guilty for my food choices of late. I was a vegan for 6 months and I enjoyed it. I backslid 2 years ago & I’m struggling w/ poor food choices. I did a 3 day water only fast at the beginning of this month which made me so proud. & I’ve been doing fire breathing or qigong most mornings to move the energy from root upward. Dr. Browder’s point about discipline really hit home 🙏🏾

If we don't want people to be cruel to others, we have to end being cruel to animals! Being vegan is a way to represent human rights!❤❤

Would you be vegan if it ended up killing more animals than being a meat eater?

The gag is most maxecian dishes are African. If you ever had west African food and you eat Puerto Rican dish or Maxecian is all the same. She should know this and research more on this topic. Unfortunately most black American don't even try to learn any African country's history and culture. They just talk.

Yep, my grandma made it to 99 years old and she drank a little bit of baking soda in her water and also lime juice in her water. She had a one beer and one soda per day, those were her evening treats. She ate everything she wanted her entire life. Just eat real food, it's all you got to do.

There is no evidence of even 'one drop' in Beethoven and I think this man knows it. Cambridge University has conducted DNA testing on hairs cut from Beethoven and those test proved he had 100% Germanic ancestry. No one drop anything, he was white.

If we were not to eat meat, then why did our ancestors kill and eat them. The difference is that we today have to grow food faster. So, we inject chemicals and pesticides into the food chain. Why do you think that your grandparents lived longer

The ancient black pharaohs of Kemet held blackness in high regard, deeming it divine. They viewed blackness as representative of a godly essence, with their principal deities depicted as jet black skin, akin to the imagery portrayed in my forum logo. The irony lies in the oversight of one's central power residing in melanin. This understanding was uncovered by white Europeans upon delving into the tombs and studying our history. They came to realize that the ancient Kemetic Black Pharaohs revered everything associated with blackness as divine. Consequently, wherever Europeans exerted their colonial influence, they enforced a hierarchical system, systematically subjugating Black Africans to the lowest rung in every territory they invaded. They perpetuated the notion of blackness being negative, juxtaposed with white representing positivity in their literature and societal constructs. Their deliberate efforts aimed to suppress the ascension of Black Africans, yet these endeavors ultimately faltered. Hence, it's imperative for individuals of African descent to delve into their history, tracing it back to ancient Kemet, spanning a timeline of 4000 to 8000 years, and even embracing the 'Out of Africa' model. This narrative elucidates how all humanity originated from South Africa and migrated upwards, assimilating knowledge from diverse tribes along the way. The black Pharaohs played a pivotal role, uniting tribes from the Green Sahara, Sudan, and the Horn of Africa to establish ancient Kemet in North Africa. Remarkably, that African Americans exhibited resilience when faced with extreme brutal racism violent while protesting after years of systemic racism destroying their homes for the last 40 years coming out of being enslaved in the 1920's. And, so how tabbed into their ancient DNA by proudly sporting large Afros and vocalizing their pride with movements like "Say it loud, I'm Black and Proud," echoing the hairstyle worn by the black pharaohs and their people as a symbol of cultural identity in the 1960's. Once more, it's crucial to acknowledge the contributions of these black scholars who have dedicated themselves to uncovering hidden histories and shedding light on obscured truths. A special recognition is owed to African American scholars who have fearlessly led the charge in this awakening.

I say follow Jesus. Rather than following the fallen angels who had technology information. Remember, Moses was raised with Egyptians. God sent him back to Egypt, to set the record straight who was the most high God. Black people stop following Egyptian practices. You need the Holy Spirit to guide you to all truths.
