First thing first you must know your skin type I have a video about it: "how to get clear skin for guys" But i'll give you quick routine. But getting clear skin is much more than a skincare routine. If you wanna learn more, I recommend you watch it. MORNING: -Wash your face -Cleanser -Toner -Vitamin C (I realized now that i forgot to mention it) -Moisturizer -Most importantly Sunscreen because sun makes you older with time EVENING: -Wash your face -Cleanser -Toner -Vitamin C -Moisturizer And use exfoliator 2 times a week in the evening after cleansing.

You bring up a great point. Some gymrats cry because I have muscles, I have an aesthetic physique, but girls go to that skinny boy. But what they don't realize is that that skinny kid's social skills are superior to theirs. But if we blend these two features it will make us within 1%

How your body is burning glycogen stores instead of fat when you are jogging in the morning on empty stomach ? It actually burn fat because there is no glycogen in your body in the morning when you wake up !
@KeepOnLooksmaxxing
@KeepOnLooksmaxxing Ай бұрын
First of all, thank you for your feedback and for touching on such a good topic. In response, while we sleep, the liver tries to keep our blood sugar levels stable by releasing glucose into the bloodstream. This process is crucial for the brain, which primarily depends on glucose for energy, especially if it is not deprived of glucose long enough to switch to fat use. By the morning, a significant portion of the glucose stored in the liver, approximately 60-80%, has been used by the cells throughout the body. But glycogen (stored glucose) levels in our muscles stay high throughout the night and remain so when we wake up, so they're ready for a morning run; They did not consume the energy they stored while we were sleeping. As I said in the video, if you consume carbohydrates at a decreasing rate week by week, those glycogen stores will never be completely empty because our brain is fed from these stores. I would not recommend anyone to consume 0 carbohydrates for 4 weeks, and my advice would always be the last week or even 3-4 days of the last week. (I know for myself that I was walking around like a zombie during that 1-week period of 0 carbohydrate intake. Yes, I burned fat, but I definitely do not recommend 0 carbohydrate intake in the long term.) If you want to run that much, you can do interval training at night and run again in the morning, it will make fat burning more effective. But I can't say anything about whether this method will cause atrophy in your muscles. If you do not want to do this and want to burn fat by running and keep your glycogen stores empty, you can consume 50g (0.11 pounds) or less of carbohydrates for 4 weeks. But this will not be healthy for both your brain health and the efficiency of your run. Because 1.5 hours of running at an average pace corresponds to approximately 14-15 kilometers (8.7-9.3 miles). (Most people have difficulty running 3km (1.86 miles) even with a normal diet.) On average, a person will burn 1500 or more calories in this period. This much calorie deficit is unhealthy when you're already consuming less food, and I don't want anyone watching this video to faint and have health problems. In summary, when we wake up in the morning, glycogen stores will mostly be empty, but they will never be completely empty because the main energy source of our brain comes from these warehouses. Yes, running will burn fat, but the other methods I recommend are definitely more effective than running in terms of fat burning rates. In fact, I would prefer to climb stairs if it is possible. If there are things I know wrong or if you know better, I would like you to inform me. The important thing is not not to know, but not to learn.

There are some corrections: 1) Health problems such as kidney and liver means the health problems in these organs. 2) Three times of your bw(bodyweight): lets say you're 85kg (187.4 lbs) and %15 body fat or something like that it means 85*3=255g (187.4 lbs * 3/1000)=0.5622lb) of protein 3) The diet which i said in the end: you should do it at least 4 month 4) Salt intake must be between 6-10g. But if you have blood pressure problems, I would prefer you to consult your doctor or dietician. 5) You should do this diet maximum of 4 weeks.

It is such a great video, but I believe everything should have been narrated with respect to a person's "OWN" good, like how it can influence their "OWN" mind but somewhere it is linked to women's liking in men. Men and women should have the mindset to learn for their own well-being rather than attaching to the goal of attracting the opposite gender. Otherwise, a useful piece of content you shared.
