To tell you the truth is I am afraid of heights, especially if I look down, I get really dizzy. But, this looks very cozy. It also looks like a peaceful place. It's alright if I wasn't afraid of heights. I just won't look down at the ground.

How do people get electricity to a house like this? It must cost at least 50k and at that point, is still worth it from the ROI POV?

Nice... However... I CRINGE everytime I see a video or picture of a bed with decorative pillows. It might dress up the picture, but a blanket across the foot of the bed would work just as well. Those pretty pillows end up on the floor... then put back on the bed... against the clean pillows people put their heads on. If nothing else... leave extra clean pillow cases. Some people take their own pillows. Probably not a bad idea.

Very nice review. I live in Blue Ridge. You pronounced it right, Toccoa River. About 15 miles downstream is the Tennessee state line and the name changes to the Ocoee River. I think this is a great area to live if you like the outdoors. You're 1.5 hrs north of Atlanta and 2.5 hrs southwest of Ashville, N.C. but there's plenty of stuff to do locally.

Levi Kelly Tours Suggestion? ~ a more relaxed tour showing it as you’d see it when you walked in and through. The constant flipping around from view to view made it a little difficult to really see.

They should add a little playground for kids. That would make it very family friendly
