Not a Petromax, but chinese Butterfly clone. Nevertheless, the paint is shut - the fount has marks after you spill the spirit and the paint on hat went dead in seconds after lighting up - you HAVE to use heat resistant stuff there! :-)

iya bang model hampir sama cuma didalem klep ada lobang buat masuk angin ke tabung minyak tapi kalo di kencangin itu baut anggin gak mau masuk kalo di kendorin gak bisa nyimpen

In the Philippines, we call this a "karit". A mix of a scythe and a sickle. We also have a "sanggot" which is just a sickle.

Parabéns pelo restauro. A meu ver trata-se de de uma Khopech. O senhor poderia ter aumentado o tamanho da espiga oculta, alem de acrescentar epoxi no interior da madeira, se nao o fez. A têmpera poderia ter sido integral e logo apos um bom revenimento. Mas o importante é que o senhor deu vida novamente a uma peça que estava abandonada.

Hi, I did not think you were so desperate. You could have soaked it in vinegar or nitric acid and done electrolysis to get better results. This tool is not even 10 years old. How did you know that it is 100 years old? It takes a laboratory to know the age of the metal and ceramic pieces and everything that is buried. Underground, so do not lie to get views. For your information, I did not complete the video due to lack of credibility and triviality.

I hope there's something more than friction holding all that steel to that bit of wood with about two or three inches wedged in it or that blade is going flying after a couple swings if that many.

Я думаю есть большой минус, держак не изолированный. Масс везде, а плюс в промежутках от сварки класть в карман?

Hi from Adelaide Australia U should've used rust remover to get rid of the rust first then put it in a sand blaster and sprayed the rest of the rust off
