I also own this fly rod and without a shadow of a doubt its composition is more glass fiber than carbon in my experience it is a terrible mixture of the two components. Furthermore, its action is so soft that it absolutely does not allow you to control the launch of the line, it certainly costs little but in practice it is worth absolutely nothing, avoid buying this rubbish.... greetings from Italy Giovanni.
