I'm currently waiting for this to be shipped to me but apparently there is a big controversy on the wattage meter being compared to the SMD meter and which is accurate can you do a test with a clamp meter and dmm and see how far off the meter is

@@lunam7249 every test I have seen on here shows the BHG wattage meter being way behind the SMD meter I don't care for SMD products they are way overpriced and dude is an arrogant narcissistic little man but if the SMD meter is off by 35% then that just says the BHG wattage meter is off by about 70% because not one single test I have seen does the BHG wattage meter read anything close to the SMD meter and the SMD meter is closer to the actual reading as bad as I hate to admit it

I believe it reads up to 100 amps of AC current so quite a lot. I'm not exactly sure on how many watts. I will have to upgrade amps to figure that out

I don't think you need all of those fans going full blast. You might try taking half of those fans as a group and wiring it in series with the other half. That should reduce your voltage 1/2 and quiet them down. You could also put half the fans on the other side. You could also angle the fans so that they're blowing the air across the heat sink, left to right or vice versa.

You want it as close to your amp as possible to see what your voltage is going to the amp it won’t be the same farther away you will have voltage drop

My team 18 has a loose shorting ring and it’s a week old. Resilient sounds won’t send it back they want me to cut it open even though it’s a week old and the surround is also missing glue in areas so the surround isn’t even glued right. Buyer beware!

Glad your movin on up bro, si subs hit well above there weight, give ut 1500 watts and it will sound awesome in a sealed box, brace and a couple 3 inch slabs of this upholstery phome the thick stiff stuff and it will annoy your neighbours down the street no end, if you put it in the house that us but 200 bucks its an absolute god send, "figure of speech peeps😂"

Single 18 has more cone area then 2 12s and if I was u I'd make a box to where the port is behind the driver that way when u meter its loudest on passenger side so it meters better if I was you if u tune to 22hz make sure the port area is lower then 16 per cubic ft the lower u tune the less port area u want it will get windy if u use the correct amount I'd get another ht 18 or 2 cheaper 15s

I've seen these work wonders in people's builds. Gains efficiency and helps air flow better. I've seen them gain 2 or 3 db

@@andruwsaudio2996 it for sure does , i actually did the same thing with my trunk plus i put that floor padding all around the inside of my trunk and it pounds hard with a 1000 watt mono amp and 1 10inch rock fosgate that i restored the surround by using a innertube for a bike with , it hits harder than it did new!!Q!

First thing you can do it turn the subs around and face them the right way. If your going for all out SPL try that and going little hard on the gain! Even if it’s ported turn it around that way you can play them slightly louder for short periods of time into distortion without hearing it as much! I never ever run subs facing me!

When u tune low the port needs to be on the small side but long when companys tell u 16 inches per cubic ft on port area that's for spl shrink the port and make it long and tune low and it will float things
