I bought the evergreen kit and couldn't decide if the head gaskets were good even though they were Multi layer Steel, so I bought the Subaru Head Gaskets for the Turbo Motor. I was wondering how this kit worked out for you. Still running? No Leaks?
@DrEwBaBy62516 күн бұрын
Sooo the gaskets were fine, I never had any issues with leaks or with the head gaskets themselves. I did however have an issue with the timing belt… about 6 months after this repair the timing belt completely broke bending valves. I ended up parting the car out.

@@DrEwBaBy625 That sucks. I watched a lot of videos on how to do this and bought all the Jap parts, mostly the manufacturers that made them for Subaru as they were a lot cheaper. My Outback has 240,000 km on it and does not look like the timing belt has ever been changed....

How are those bolts and head gaskets from this brand working for you? Thanks
@DrEwBaBy6252 ай бұрын
Bolts and gaskets are working great! The timing belt however is not.. timing belt broke and bent valves about 6 months after it was put in.

Dude, long time no see. Hope you are doing well and I would love to see you get the truck finished and back to Deboss Garage. Is that some new property perhaps? Trucks are made for shrub removal after all.😊. Ok, nice job with the Bait and Switch on the Subaru. Funny stuff.
