I have a problem with a defensive midfielder that doesn't have different passes in his locker my main problem with Mthethwa he likes to pass more to his defense I understand as a defensive midfielder you should do that at the same time you have to have a breaking the lines passing he does not break the lines more for my liking yes he has great traits of being an elite South African DM but i still think he will struggle against teams who have a well coached press because of his inability to see space but this is south african football teams that press well are a few so leave large space in some roles so he can get away with it but I think he can learn from the likes of u Mokwena from sundowns

I think that formation is okay but it the selection of players I cry for it appears in the midfielder you have gone for the option of wingers or attackers which then may set up kaizer for a failure why I say so I think they can not control transitions in that manner with 3 players in defence when they are in transition And I thing it can work with proper coaching and knowledge of the system do I think Calvin Johnson has that tactical ability coach the side No even his build up structure is not the right for teams it easy for the opposition to press them making them lose control of the match as a big team I think you should be able to control posession against smaller sides not just banging the ball everytime the team presses you
