I watched a short interview that came out shortly after this video of Raul saying he’s been training with Merab. Will be interesting to see him grow training with top guys and not just his brothers at his hometown. This kid isn’t no Eric Silva or Sage Northcutt. This kid is different, I can see him champion one day, especially when he starts growing into his man strength

No hate but Zhang held the squeeze after the bell. Getting put to sleep from a RNC isn't all that bad, especially since she wasn't fully out (the lights were probably dimming really fast when Weili let go). You can recover from that after 30 seconds pretty easily once you get snapped back into it Great performance from both of those fighters. The judges scorecards definitely didn't show just how competitive that fight was (not saying they were wrong though, I personally had it 49-44)

This is true. Weili took advantage of the moment a bit and it's crazy impressive than Yan fought another tough 4 rounds following that. It was a *different* kind of challenge for the champ this time around. Wonder who rises to the top to give her a new test (Besides Tatiana Suarez, of course)

So that happened… Payton showed how good he is in this fight. Definitely should be ranked in the near future. Cameron is a good, but maybe needs to get more fight experience. Quite a few people mentioned that he might be a bit small for the weight division, after rewatching the fight I tend to agree. Payton was much bigger than him. Cameron and his team would know better what is the best next steps.
