I overstayed for 13 days while switching from my graduate visa to skilled worker visa due to some miscommunication between me and the company sponsoring me. I have left UK now and am applying for a new skilled worker from outside the UK will my 13 days overstay affect my application. Thank you.

I have one question though, I mentioned in my visa form that I would stay in the UK for 15 days. If I stay in the UK for 30 days as I got my annual leave approved for 34 days. Hello Sir, please my Spousal visa was refused because I wasn’t aware of the English language requirement and my solicitor didn’t tell me too, the second ground was because my fiancé and I didn’t mention the date and or the location of our wedding. We were given a right to appeal which we did immediately and I had passed the English test but my fiancé and I choose a location but not a date for our wedding because we didn’t know when I will be granted a visa to enter the UK. Hi, according to what's said at 2:10 in this video, the graduate visa doesn't need any letter or such from any entity. But my application is asking for "written permission" from a financial sponsor over the last 12 months. It states this as a requirement. Why is this? I realize this video is a few years old now, has this rule changed? I've been going nuts trying to figure out if my student loan counts as an "official financial sponsor" and it seems like no one has a clear answer. ^^; Any advice is helpful!

Hi, I am applying for my first British passport and living in the UK, I have my naturalisation certificate. The requirements to confirm someone identity for the passport are as below: -be 18 or older and work in or be retired from a recognised profession You must also be either: a current UK passport holder living in the UK - if the applicant lives in and is applying from the UK a current UK, Irish or other EU, US or Commonwealth passport holder - if the applicant lives and is applying from outside the UK If you’re not a UK or Irish passport holder it will take longer for us to process the application. For my naturalisation my referees were one a UK passport holder and the other a Nurse (without UK passport). Now I am strugling to find one that has both the UK passport and also the recognised profession. Is there another way that someone can confirm my identity? Thanks!!
